Last week, my colleagues and I had a talk on how to fix the clogged drain. We realized that there was a kind of detergent in the market who could remove clog from plastic pipe drain.
Coincidentally, I found and bought a bottle clog-free detergent at Mr. D.I.Y. on the next day. In the same evening, I tested it and it worked amazingly. The drains was so clean. But must be careful when use it because the detergent is kind of strong acid liquid.

I guess it doesn't work on steel pipe because the acid might eat thru the steel?
You are right, it will melt the steel material. The bottle came with a caution note where the detergent is only work on plastic piping only.
Wow, this will be a big help for plastic pipe users.
oh yes, but unfortunately I couldn't find it anymore in the shop that i visited last time.
