When you turn on "Reaction" future, you have to try to use short description of each option because the "Reaction" can't show all the options if the options reach second line. This is a known issue which can be found from http://bloggerindraft.blogspot.com/2008/08/new-feature-reactions.html. But this blog post was posted in year 2008 and seem like the issue is still occurred.
